Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless the order is incorrect or arrives defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Required for a return request: Within 3 days of receiving your order, email us photos of the product, the packaging, and any notes of damage or defects.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Regarding custom Breastmilk Jewelry, all sales are final. Since this item is custom and contains your milk, no refunds are issued for these items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This is based on the details of the damage in your Return Request Email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

In the subject line of your email, please put "Return Request for Order #XXXXXX" (Input your order number).
Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges at this time.
Shipping & Parcel Services
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once your order(s) is shipped and you have received your tracking number, please contact the Parcel Service to file a claim on any lost or untrackable packages.
