What are my care instructions for my Goldie Flower Haus products?

How long will my dried flowers last?
— Keep your dried flowers out of direct sunlight and in a moisture free place for a longer lasting life. Your dried flowers should last for years to come!
Will my dried flowers shed any?
— You can expect slight shedding due to the nature of this botanical product.
Are these flowers real?
— Yes! Your flowers are REAL! They have been through a dried, preserved, and dyed process.
How do I style my bouquet or arrangement?
— Simply untie the tissue paper or cellophane from your bouquet and keep the zip tie around the stems. Place your bouquet in a vessel! Style in your home or office and you are good to go.
For your arrangement, simply place in your office, guest bathroom or bedroom :)
JEWELRY CARE + FAQ
Please refer to the guidelines to best care for your jewelry.
— All jewelry is 14k gold-filled or .925 sterling silver & tarnish resistant. Avoid chemicals such as lotions, perfume, or sunscreen on top of your jewelry. Remove your jewelry before showering. When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a climate controlled space for longer lasting wear (ex: jewelry box, jewelry bag, etc.).
— Avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time as your resin can change hues in long exposures. Handle your jewelry as delicately as you possibly can.
— For all custom jewelry orders (Keepsake + Breastmilk Jewelry), you can expect your piece to be completed 30 days from the day your inclusions / milk are received. Unless you request a rush and pay the rush fee, please anticipate 30 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a holiday or birthday.
— While your jewelry is tarnish resistant, it may dirty over long-time wear. Simply clean with a soft bristle brush or cleaning cloth. Avoid rough textured bristles and extreme pressure when cleaning your piece.
FLOWER PRESERVATION FAQ
Please refer to the guidelines and questions before finalizing your order and checking out.
— The turn-around time for flower preservation pieces is 12-16 weeks from the day we receive your flowers or keepsake items. Please note that resin cannot and will not be rushed. This process takes a lengthy amount of time due to the time it takes for your flowers to preserve, clean up and send over design approvals, and then the curing time between each resin layer.

Can I cancel my order?
— Once your order has been submitted, all orders are final. Please make sure to thoroughly read through the listing(s) before purchasing.
Do you ship Internationally?
— At this time we do not ship internationally.
Where is my order?
— Once your order has been placed, it takes 2-5 business days to process your order unless specified otherwise in the order listing.
— Once your order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package and receive notifications on its estimated delivery. If you entered the 'LOCALPICKUP' code, you will receive an email with detailed pick up instructions.
